From the people who own the longest domain name (I havent actually checked this, but let me know if you find out either way!) comes The Longest List. Quite interesting to have a flick through if you’re as bored as I am right now.
The time has finally come after two years for me to start thinking about where to leave my domain name for the next two years. Registered in May 2004, it comes up for renewal on 19th May this year. It is currently being held by Fasthosts, who I have to say have been pretty good (considering I have never paid them a penny for the privelege, I transferred my domain into them shortly after purchasing it from someone else!) but there are certain things about them that annoy me. On the other hand, I have registered a few domains lately from 1and1, who I like a lot more so I am going to see about transferring over to them. So, if at any point in the near future you see my site disappear for a few days dont worry (not that anyone will anyway, who cares!). This also means that my emails wont be available for god knows how long so that could be a big headache :S
Hope 2006 is going well for everyone! We’re now half way through January so I imagine most people have already made and broke those New Years resolutions (don’t ask what mine were!). I have had a busy first week back at uni, with four deadlines in the first week. I am still yet to really start one which is for next friday but that isn’t a major worry at the moment.
My diary for this year is also starting to fill up with a whole chunk around april/may time left blank for exams, weekends taken up by band competitions, birthdays, coursework deadlines and various other things that I have to fit in between. Oh, and aswell as that I have to find room for studying; this semester it is going to be more important to keep on top of all the work, even more than the last, and I still have quite a bit of catching up to do from last year! Also, I know it sounds early but I will have to start thinking about getting some revision going pretty soon - those exams come quicker than you think!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JO!!
Hope you have loads of fun being 20, you old bird!
I got some good photos from the pub last night, mite get round to putting them in the gallery eventually but until then you’ll have to look in the other place.
2005 is over. I had a rather good Christmas, the usual family affair with much turkey and wine. Now I go into 2006 with some good memories and some wishes for the year ahead. Have a great 2006 everyone! Hope you get what you want and have plenty of fun!
